			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Brooklands is synonymous with innovation and achievement, but also with style and quality. So when Brooklands Museum put its catering arrangements up for review, it was looking for a very special partner which could deliver a service that matched those ideals – and would deliver significantly better returns than those the Museum was currently receiving.</p>
<p>The winning tender from Creativevents clearly showed that the company had understood and embraced the ethos of Brooklands, with innovative product offerings, a commitment to customer service and the promise of an extensively (and expensively) refurbished café on offer. What Creativevents has delivered has more than matched the Museum’s considerable expectations.</p>
<p>The previous tired, unimaginative and unprofitable Tea Rooms has been transformed into a vibrant, customer and family- friendly café, with a constantly varying menu, toddlers’ soft play area and an efficient layout which also encourages greater sales. The business result has been little short of miraculous, with a 50% increase in retail sales and a healthy dividend now being delivered to the Museum each month.</p>
<p>A pro-active sales and marketing plan, new seasonal menus and a fresh approach to service and delivery – exemplified by smart bespoke staff uniforms – have also transformed the hospitality offering. The results are clear: in the first six months, hospitality sales are up 45% (again improving dividends for the Museum) and previously lost corporate clients are returning to Brooklands.</p>
<p>The Creativevents team has truly integrated with the Museum’s, working together to deliver results far above the already impressive ones promised in the successful tender document. Creativevents promised the style and quality we were looking for, and have delivered them profitably through innovation and dedication – truly an achievement in the great Brooklands tradition. Having seen the way in which Creativevents has understood the issues and delivered a bespoke result, I would have no hesitation in commending the company to any organisation seeking to emulate what has been achieved here – a revolution.</p>

The ethos of the event was promoting sustainability within the setting of a traditional English garden party and Creative Events provided bespoke catering and bar options with all units themed to fit the occasion and setting. The result was a hugely successful operation that added to the vibe and experience of the event with HRH requesting to try the offerings.</p>

<p>Customer service is at the heart of their business ethos and the way they respond and adapt to our individual customer needs is excellent.  Areas such as food hygiene, staff training, sustainability, presentation, quality control are all of a very high standard.<br />

<p>Since that time we have developed a good working relationship with the team and found their approach to be flexible and co-operative in working with us to meet the catering challenges for our events.  One such example is in delivering a variety of in-hall retail catering solutions from cafes to champagne bars to be-spoke restaurants.  The on-site team have a positive attitude, a hard working mentality and have integrated well with the ExCeL management team.</p>
