Creativevents has worked with Earls Court and Olympia since 2005.  We brought them on board as part of the company’s vision to raise the profile of our catering offer for our customers.   They operate all the bars and a number of café style units in both venues and during this period have developed their food offer with great success.

Customer service is at the heart of their business ethos and the way they respond and adapt to our individual customer needs is excellent.  Areas such as food hygiene, staff training, sustainability, presentation, quality control are all of a very high standard.

Creativevents were awarded a 15 year retail and stand catering contract at ExCeL London in 2007 and as part of that agreement committed investment into both their retail and stand catering operations.

Since that time we have developed a good working relationship with the team and found their approach to be flexible and co-operative in working with us to meet the catering challenges for our events.  One such example is in delivering a variety of in-hall retail catering solutions from cafes to champagne bars to be-spoke restaurants.  The on-site team have a positive attitude, a hard working mentality and have integrated well with the ExCeL management team.

Mads and I wanted to write to thank you for all of your help at the Softworld show.

As you are aware, we were worried about the consolidation of the floorplan and the decision to introduce a catering point on the main show floor and how well this would be received. However, the bar worked well onsite and it certainly added a buzz to the whole exhibition floor. Members of the other show teams form London visited the show and it was the bar which was commented on most. It’s certainly an element we will be adding to other shows.

We hope that Softworld this year provided was more cost effective to you than previous shows.

As you are aware, we will be organizing quite a few shows in Birmingham next year and welcome the opportunity of working with you again soon.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet you, Lee and the team from Creative events and to work with such a professional team onsite (please pass on our thanks) and even better to discover another lover of great food and look forward to another dinner date!
