Having worked with the Creative Events team at RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and RHS Flower Show Tatton Park with great success it was a natural choice to bring Creative Events to The Chelsea Flower Show.
The range and quality of the service they provide is a perfect fit for Chelsea and the final results proved this with outstanding sales when compared to previous years.
The Chelsea Flower Show site is a complex site with little room for error and Creative showed great versatility and flexibility to make it work for all of us.
Creative Events have been a key service provider to Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) since 2002. During this time the organisation has been involved with a number of new food and beverage concepts within Lord’s ground during domestic and major international fixtures and continues to do so.

Creative have worked with us at Guards Polo Club, particularly on our Cartier International Events for the past 15 years. In the past year we have awarded Creative with a long term contract to move our outdoor food and catering forward, creating a ‘destination’ food and beverage area within our trade village enclosure.

Creative were awarded a 15 year contract at ExCeL London in 2007.
Since that time we have developed a good working relationship with the team and found their approach to be flexible and co-operative in working with us to meet the catering challenges for our events. One such example is in delivering a variety of in-hall retail catering solutions from cafes to champagne bars to bespoke restaurants. The on-site team have a positive attitude, a hard working mentality and have integrated well with the ExCeL management team.
Creativevents provided the food and beverage options for HRH The Prince of Wales's A Garden Party to Make a Difference at Clarence House and the surrounding gardens..
The ethos of the event was promoting sustainability within the setting of a traditional English garden party and Creativevents provided bespoke catering with all units themed to fit the occasion and setting. The result was a hugely successful operation that added to the vibe and experience of the event with HRH requesting to try the offerings.
Creative has worked with Earls Court and Olympia since 2005. We brought them on board as part of the company's vision to raise the profile of our catering offer for our customers. They provide catering in both venues and during this period have developed their food offer with great success.
Customer service is at the heart of their business ethos and the way they respond and adapt to our individual customer needs is excellent. Areas such as food hygiene, staff training, sustainability, presentation, quality control are all of a very high standard.
Creative are a dynamic and vibrant company who are passionate about what they do and we take great pleasure in continuing our partnership with them at Earls Court and Olympia.
Now as the Games are over and we have time to reflect on what a great summer London gave the world in 2012 , I wanted to write and thank you and your team for all their effort and hard work that made this fantastic event possible.

You’ll work closely with our General Managers for events within the exhibition venues, or with our Event Directors and Managers for outdoor events. Behind the scenes we have a team of specialists who support our managers and contribute towards the success of the events. This enviable infrastructure is made up of our chefs and kitchen teams, staffing team, health and safety, sales and marketing, IT, logistics and in-house design.
