Our chefs are meticulous in devising our seasonal menus, making sure that taste, texture and presentation prevails whether they’re cooking for 10 guests or 1000. We know events; we understand the challenges of transporting ingredients and cooking in a field kitchen so we factor that experience into every dish that we create. It means that what you see and eat at your tasting will be replicated to the same standard on every plate.
We’re well-versed in delivering time-honoured event catering from elegant cocktail receptions to beautifully presented, formal dinners. We thrive on the attention to detail in the presentation of the table, the staff, the menu and the quality of service. However we love the buzz of devising new concepts in event catering and bringing our expertise and appreciation of social eating to the events arena – whether it’s street food served canapé style, smouldering fire pits slowly roasting huge joints or an elaborately styled food stations.
